Research shows that teenagers can only truly learn five to seven new words each week. Collaborating across classes to create standard terms/definitions will help cut back on the information students are being expected to memorize at once and provide enough repetition to ensure they retain it. We will explore how to go about creating those standard sets of terms amidst varying SOLs and state test expectations.
