Using the Street Law lesson on how the Supreme Court decides to take cases, teachers will learn how to effectively communicate to students how and why justices make decisions on how to take cases and why most cases are refused. Teachers will do a lesson demonstration and be introduced to Street Law resources that they can use in their classroom.
