This workshop is a continuation of the strategies shared during PL over the summer. Didn’t make it to the session over the summer? No worries! We will equip you with a toolkit of research-based strategies to boost student engagement. We'll explore techniques from sources like Total Participation Techniques and other easy-to-implement routines that encourage curiosity, deepen students' thinking, and make their learning visible. Using the curriculum as a starting point, this collaborative workshop will give you the opportunity to connect with peers, identifying practical ways to trade passive learning for transformational student engagement.
